About
From an early age she learned the piano and always had a kinship with music from her friendship circles in school taking a keen interest in finding and sharing new music with each other as well as dabbling in singing and playing music together.
Music was never the plan through her teenage years however it was always something that came back around and she began to teach herself guitar from the age of 18 and started writing songs which she found herself immediately connected to.
Instead of studying photographic journalism she was encouraged to take a music production course in Leeds in the UK instead and went on to study this for three years.
After completing her degree at University she spent a couple of years bouncing between unfufilling jobs and quit on a whim one day at a bar in Manchester deciding to take some drastic measures to change her life.
She spent all her remaining money on basic busking equipment and committed to pursue playing music on the streets full-time. Here she gained her confidence and found that street performance had so much to offer providing a direct connection with the public and the realisation of how easy it was to take music, personal finances and life into your own hands.

A few months later after starting this she was stumbled upon by the singer Seal and his team whilst busking where the video went viral online and she was invited to open for his show later that evening at Bridgewater Hall in Manchester.
This flung her into a new world with more viewers and attention and she was interviewed by BBC Breakfast news, went on to play for BBC Introducing at Lakefest, travelled to New York after being invited by Billy Joel's previous bassist to play a gig at the famed venue The Bitter End and took interviews and gigs all around the UK.
However her journey wasn't the smoothest of rides as she was signed to a management agency, began attending sessions and meetings with well-renowned musicians and the pressure of entering this world so early on into her performance career left her doubting whether she was capable and whether it was something she truly wanted to be a part of.
Later that year she made the decision to take a step back and over the next few years began to travel; taking a busking trip around five countries in Europe, hiking and wild camping around the Scottish Highlands and heading over to Australia and New Zealand for a few years at a time where she fell in love with a whole new world of the outdoors, hiking, alternative lifestyles and minimalistic living.

As an accomplished live looping artist playing guitar, piano and looping percussion and vocals, she played at the much beloved festival Shambala in the UK in August 2024 and is continuing to take steps at her own pace to develop her performance and to continue to independently put out music into the world.
